Little Italy is getting something special in the form of Cube Lofts condos. Located at 799 College Street, the 6 storey condo is currently nearing completion. Here we see a recent photo by UrbanToronto forum member urbandreamer.

The condo, designed by Raw Design, contains just 21 units ranging from 543 sq ft to 2,116 sq ft. Here's a render of the final project.
