Slowly the massive podium at Aura at College Park Condos is starting to develop. In these photos by UrbanToronto forum member Geekaroo we see just how massive.
What we see in these pictures are three double height floors. A fourth double height floor is still to come.
The podium will house a house a large interior mall that will certainly add vitality to this stretch of Yonge and Gerrard. The following rendering shows the first 3 completed floors along with the the 72 (or is it 75?) storeys still to rise. Massive!
