What's interesting about this picture is the seemingly lack of new towers considering the recent boom downtown. Outside of Shangri-La, Festival Tower and a few smaller projects there's not a lot new here. Well that's about to change in a major way. Cranes for Daniels' Cinema Tower are up with Pinnacle on Adelaide, by Pinnacle International now starting construction next door. And there's more to come in the area with towers like CentreCourt Developments' Peter Street, Tableau Condominiums by Urban Capital, Malibu and Alit along with Lamb and Niche Developments' Theatre Park coming soon.

We can't wait to see this view in five years.
