Last week Urban Toronto gave readers a look at a party thrown by Minto Developments and Tesla Motors at the presentation center for The St. Thomas condominium. Today we present a tour around the scale model of this svelte Hariri Pontarini-designed building.
We start with the view shown in the main rendering, and will work counter-clockwise around the building.
While the taller 23-storey luxury condominium tower is the object of the majority of our attention here, the shorter 11-storey portion of the project is worthy of note in that it will contain long-term stay suites.
The model includes a two-floor south-facing unit with a circular stair connecting the upper and lower balconies. This detail is not found in the renderings, and is dependant upon a purchaser buying units on the two floors and combining them.
