Shoring work seems to have come to a close at X2 Condos. Exciting news for two reasons. One, excavation work can now begin for the future 49 storey condo and two, the shoring equipment can now be used to begin work on One Bloor East.

Developed by Great Gulf Homes and Lifetime Developments, the brother to X The Condominium was designed by Wallman Architects. Interior design is by Cecconi Simone with landscape architecture by Janet Rosenberg + Associates.

Some have stated X2 will detract from X's views. Perhaps at the higher levels, but it will be a breath of fresh air at this level. See more here.
