Yesterday we briefly mentioned that the second phase to Garrison At The Yards was to be called The Yards At Fort York. Today we have further details to pass along. Located at 20 Bruyures Mews, an address so new google maps can't find, it sits on Bathurst directly to the south of the Gardiner from Garrison.

Here's the first rendering released.

Developed by Vancouver based Onni Group, the 28 storey condo will contain 409 units. The design is by Wallman Architects, who also designed Garrison, with landscape architecture by GH3. 

A good addition to this rapidly changing neighbourhood.
