Here's the site from across the street. 

Developed by Bazis International in partnership with Metropia and Plaza, the complex consists of 42 and 32 storey condos above a large retail base. Designed by Roy Varacalli, the condo is located at the southwest corner of Yonge and Bogert in the former North York.

Glad to see work on Emerald Park Condos begin. We're going to love watching them rise from the 401.
