Developed by Vancouver based Onni Group, the building was designed by Wallman Architects. Interiors are by II By IV Design Associates with landscape architecture by GH3.

Phase 2 of the project called Yards At Fort York has been announced. Coming in at 28 storeys, it will be located directly to the south on the other side of the Gardiner Expressway.
