Baker Real Estate has announced a special one day sale of remaining units at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. The 53-storey tower, about 80% sold, is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects and developed by Cadillac Fairview with Graywood Developments Ltd.

The one day event will be held on April 30th, and those interested in suites here are required to register online in advance. A brochure packed with information about the building, including floor plans and the one-day prices, will be mailed to those who register. Appointments will be made to tour the model suite commencing at noon. Prices in the building will rise on May 2nd following the event. To wet your appetite, we have photos from the beautiful model suite, but we will start on the main floor in the residential lobby.

A number of amenities are found on the 21st floor. These include a screening room, a billiards room, a guest suite, plus the boardroom, fitness centre, and sky lounge, all just being finished, and pictured below.
