Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by Ed007Toronto, shows The Modern Condo as it rises at Richmond and Sherbourne. The 17-storey condo is rising quickly in a neighbourhood that is slowly but surely improving.

Developed by Empire Communities, the 343-unit Modern Condo was first designed by DTAH Architects, and finished by EI Richmond Architects. Can't wait to see this one completed.
