Clear Spirit Condos, the second condo tower at the www.thedistillerydistrict.com/ Distillery District, is now rising above its podium.

We were already planning an update on Clear Spirit, when we made an unplanned stop at an http://urbantoronto.ca/content.php?1895-Stunning-Views-From-32nd-Floor-At-Cityscape-Development-and-Dundee-Realty-s-Pure-Spirt-Condos atPure Spirit condos this past Saturday.

Hence this shot from the 32nd floor of Pure Spirit is a bonus. As you can see the tower floors start to angle out as they rise above the podium.

From afar this looked like mechanical elements being stored. In fact, this is the entrance to the parking garage, which sits on the south side of the site directly next to the rail embankment.
