While we cover our fair share of projects in Mississauga, we must say we have been remiss by covering the new North Shore Condos less often than we should. Located at the northeast corner of Lakeshore and Hurontario in Port Credit, this 22 and 6 storey condo is looking really good.

Not only is the architecture interesting it is also designed in a very urban way as it meets the street very well. Location-wise it is walking distance to the Port Credit GO station and just a block from Lake Ontario. Anyone facing west, east and south will have unobstructed views of the lake as the following rendering shows.

Developed by the partnership of Fram Building Group and Slokker Real Estate Group, the project was designed by Ralph Giannone of Giannone Petricone Associates.
