Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by Urban Toronto forum member androiduk, give us a neat skeletal view of the Modern Condo under construction. We've spent a long while trying to figure out from where this photo was taken from and have given up. Its safe to say it was taken somewhere west along Richmond from the Modern, which is rising at Richmond and Sherbourne.

Coming in at 17 storeys, the 343-unit condo is being developed by Empire Communities. Design is by DTAH Architects with help from EI Richmond Architects.

Here's what to expect when completed. A wonderful addition to Richmond and Sherbourne.
