Graywood Developments and Beaverhall Homes held a mid-winter warm up party at Ocean Club Condominiums for their purchasers and potential ones, and to announce that the complex will go under construction later this year. The Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects-designed project is now over 75% sold. It features two residential buildings, including an 8-storey boutique building, and a 37-storey point tower located across the street from extensive Lake Ontario parklands along Etobicoke's Waterfront. A third building, 5 storeys, will line Lake Shore Boulevard and feature commercial space.

"Marilyn Monroe" and "Lady Gaga" stopped by to kick the soiree up a notch.

Here's what is going to be built: Ocean Club's three buildings alongside the Humber Bay parklands.

Interiors are by Tomas Pearce. This is the entry to the 8-storey boutique building...

while out front of it, and directly across Marine Parade from the lake, is Ocean Club's restaurant.

Inside the tower building, facilities include another party room.

The tower building features an indoor pool as part of the recreation facilities...

...as well as an 8th floor roof garden featuring wooden sundecks, barbecues, and places to dine alfresco. The roof garden is amongst the 19,000 square feet of landscaping at the project directed by Strybos Barron King.
