On the left we see the hoarding up for Emerald Park Condos. Developed by Metropia, Bazis, and Plazacorp, these two condominium towers will rise 42 storeys and 32 storeys above a 3 storey podium containing retail and office space. Designed by Roy Varacalli, work is set to begin soon on these unique looking towers.

Here's a rendering of what to expect.

On the right side we see the hoarding for the new Hullmark Centre. Developed by Tridel and Hullmark, the project was designed by Kirkor Architects.

Construction on the two tower mixed-use building, which will contain 44 and 35 storey condo towers above a podium featuring retail and office uses, has begun.

Here's what to expect when completed.
