A potentially great view terminus is starting to take place on Davenport as we look southeast. Directly in the centre of the photo we see the new 25 storey The Florian condo. Cladding is starting to rise and, while too early to tell, it could be quite striking. Developed by Diamante Development, the condo was designed by Hariri Pontarini and Young + Wright / IBI Group Architects.
Meanwhile to the right of The Florian we see the new Four Seasons project on the rise. The 52 and 25 storey complex is being developed by Menkes in tandem with Lifetime Developments. Design is by architectsAlliance. Bay and Davenport is certainly changing rapidly.
