Aspen Ridge Homes has opened the presentation centre for their buzzed-about Studio on Richmond. The 31-storey first tower in the modern two tower project designed by Quadrangle Architects is now on sale. Situated beside OCADU's Richmond campus and housing a new gallery for them, Studio borrows the angles and colours from OCADU's famous McCaul Street paintbrush columns, a couple of blocks north of Studio.

UrbanToronto dropped by the sales centre before its opening for a look at the model and the Mike Niven-designed model suite. The model features the 31-storey and podium which front on Richmond Street, while in behind plexiglas outlines make where the 41-storey second phase will stand. Here's the model from the northwest.
