Last week we took a look at the west side of LTD Condos as cladding started to be installed. Today we get to see the building from the north side of the project. In fact all the way from Front Street. Developed by Malibu Investments, this 15-storey condo was designed by RAW Design with Quadrangle Architects.

In the foreground, just behind the pile drivers, we can see signage showing where Onni Group's Garrison At The Yards condos will soon start construction. Quite amazing to think that just ten years ago this land was occupied by a Molson's brewery and a bunch of cement factories.
