The sales pavilion at Ocean Club Condos in Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores is opening. The complex, featuring an 8-storey boutique building and a 37-storey tower. It fronts Lake Ontario across from vast parklands which provide sweeping views for residents, many of downtown Toronto's skyline. Developed by Graywood Developments and Beaverhall Homes, the the complex is designed by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects. 

Ocean Club's model suite was deisgned by well-respected industry professionals Melandro Quilatan and Tania Richardson, principal partners in Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc. Their goal was to combine metropolitan sensibilities with Florida resort style design to create a look that holds both urban energy and waterside relaxation in it. Here are some views of the suite.
