Here comes The Berczy Condos. Demolition work has begun for the 13 storey condo that is to be located at the south west corner of Front and Church. Developed by Vancouver based Concert Properties, the completely sold out building was designed by the IBI Group. The site of the former one storey building that housed a Keg restaurant that is now history.
Work on taking down the buildings facing Front street begins.
Structural issue mean this nice looking former warehouse and office needs to come down. The process here will be slower as the brick will be saved to be reused in the new building.
What it will look like when completed.
Urban Toronto feels this will be a fine addition to the St. Lawrence neighbourhood.
