Scaffolding starting to go up means the days are numbered for the current buildings located at 51-61 Front Street East. It also means The Berczy Condo is now one step closer in being built. The 13 storey condo is being developed by Vancouver based Concert Properties. Design is by IBI Group. While we like the buildings currently here we do think the Berczy will be a positive addition to the neighbourhood.
