Activity at the Distillery District is picking up now that Clear Spirit Condos is starting to rise. The Cityscape and Dundee Realty developed project is set to rise 40 storeys. Design is by architectsAlliance. There's been plenty of discussion in the Urban Toronto forum about the appropriateness of putting tall modern towers with the historic district. We say bring them on!
