Work is set to begin on the construction of The Pemberton Group's new U Condos. Located on the southwest corner of Bay and St. Mary Street, this architectsAlliance designed project will feature two towers, one 55 storeys and one 45 storeys. The name refers to the University of Toronto which is next door. In fact the land for U Condos was bought from St. Michael's College. Hoarding is up and excavation should be starting soon.
