The new Four Seasons Hotel and Condo continues its rise to the top. The two tower project is comprised of 52 and 25 storey buildings. Developed by Menkes in tandem with Lifetime Developments, the complex was designed by architectsAlliance in partnership with Page + Steele. Here we see the project from a vantage point at 8 Park Road.

An odd question recently brought up on the Urban Toronto forum regards the height of the two buildings. Is the taller building, which contains the hotel and condos, 52 floors because of the Four Seasons or 52 weeks in a year? And is the shorter condo building 25 storeys which is 52 backwards? Conspiracy theorists seem to need to know.
