Excavation has begun at the new The King East condo. The 15 storey building is being developed by Lamb Development in tandem with Hyde Park Homes and Sher Corp. The Core Architects designed building is going to be located at the North West corner of King and Parliament. Lamb Development is now working both sides of King Street.
