Brad J. Lamb's Lamb Development Corporation has teamed up with Niche Development to present the Theatre Park condos. Located just east of the Royal Alexandra Threatre at 224 King Street West, this 47 storey project will continue the evolution of the Entertainment District into a more mixed-use area.
