Ground breaking for Pemberton Group's new U Condo took place this past Tuesday.

The 55 and 45 storey condo towers, designed by architectsAlliance, is located at the southwest corner of Bay and St. Mary Street. The U Condo name is a reference to University of Toronto's St Michael's College which sold the land where the condos will sit. Here we have the key principals getting the ball rolling.
