Here we see the Menkes developed Lumiere condo as it nears completion. Located on Bay Street just south of College, the 32 storey building was designed by Wallman Architects. We do like the design but we do have one question. Why do the vertical slits running up the side of the side of the building end just one floor before the top? We think it would have looked better had they continued to the top. What do you think?
