Monarch, BILD's 2010 Home Builder of the Year, has topped off its sold out Legacy tower, the first phase of its huge Heron's Hill project on Sheppard just east of the 404 in North York. Legacy includes a 5-storey podium building running along Sheppard Avenue as well as the 25-storey tower which now dominates the surrounding area.
Legacy's reign will be short-lived however as the second Heron's Hill phase, Ultra, will rise to 38 storeys.
When complete, the whole Graziani + Corazza-designed complex will also include a third tower called Yorkland. The three phases will be served by Reflections, a recreation centre, and all buildings will surround a landscaped garden.
