Concord Adex came into Toronto in a big way a decade ago with its skyline-stretching CityPlace neighbourhood west of the SkyDome. While recent additions to the CityPlace parcel mean up to another half dozen years of expansion to that site, Concord is now making significant headway at its second Toronto project. Concord Park Place lies between Leslie and Bessarion stations of the Sheppard subway line, and will eventually be home to about 20 condominium towers and townhome rows.
UrbanToronto member Solaris recently visited the construction site of Discovery condos, the first phases at Concord Park Place. Solaris captured these images of the substantial progress on this Quadrangle Architects-designed site that has been made over the summer.
