Victory Condos by BLVD Development (a sister company of Lifetime Developments) are continuing to grow on King Street just west of Spadina by Toronto's core. The 12-storey building designed by Wallman Architects has reached the 5th storey in this strip of heritage brick warehouse buildings that now house sandblasted brick offices, chic restaurants and trendy shops.
