Work progresses on Cityzen and Fernbrook's Bronte Harbour project in western Oakville, called The Shores Condos. The 10-storey condominium is designed in a modern nautical idiom by principal Sol Wassermuhl of Page + Steele/IBI Archtiects. The building's terraced upper floor suggest an ocean liner, while staggered columns on the balconies of lower floor units suggest the masts of sailboats in harbours on the both the west and south sides of the project.
