UrbanToronto member Current snapped these two photos recently of Pemberton's new Bohemian Embassy project on Queen Street West. The photos show, maybe not unsurprisingly, that the scale of this project will not only change forever the feel of Queen Street itself, but also that of the neighbourhood north of it. While the tower in behind is higher than the City's Avenue's plan envisions, the mid-rise building fronting on Queen is an indication of what similar projects we might expect to see in coming years on many of Toronto's main streets.
