Cityzen, Fernbrook, and Castlepoint, the developers of the L Tower, are getting set to launch their next condominium project directly across the street from it. The new Page+Steele Architects designed 36 storey building will sit at the southeast corner of Yonge and The Espanade, and will also house the parking for the 57 storey L Tower.

The launch has a contest tied to it: The developers would like your suggestions for a name, so you are invited to submit one, or vote for others, at nameourcondo.com. You will win $5000 if your suggestion is chosen! Second, third, and fourth place finishers will win an iPad. Those are pretty good reasons to enter the contest, so we talked ourselves into it too. Is it time there were an Urban Toronto Tower gracing our skyline? Please support Urban Toronto by voting here!

The details of the contest, and more about the building, can be found at nameourcondo.com. Please let UrbanToronto know about all the names you submit by leaving a post in the 5-7 The Esplanade thread!
