Recent images of work on Cresford's NXT condominium, designed by architectsAlliance, and located at their Windermere by the Lake project on the Queensway east of the Humber River, show that this first tower of two in the complex is nearing completion.

Meanwhile, questions remain regarding the open circle in the rooftop canopy.. Will these architectural features be cut into the concrete? Why were they not part of the forming when the canopy was poured in the first place? Or have these features fallen by the wayside, and if they have, why?
