Although, they’re close to opening the escalator leading up to the platform. The escalator leading to the fare gates is open. Guess we’ll never know when the art installation will be done.

That’s ok. I was more amused (and disappointed) that it’s been 7 years and nothing appeared to have changed. Thank you for the update.

I really hope that their final install isn't just an LED strip zip tied to the ceiling. Not only is that incredibly lazy, it is going to look terrible without diffusion and certainly should not have taken a decade to implement.

Councillor Mike Cole recently brought a motion to use section 45 funds to restore it, which was carried. The delays in this project have been unreasonable, but at least it's still on City Hall's radar and budgeted for.
