Looking forward to seeing this suburban block getting erased finally. It'd be even better if Island Foods could return in the new building when it's finished! I hate having to trek to the North York wastelands to get my fix...

Yep, and I just walked by 15 minutes ago and noticed Mac Spot Canada is moving 1230 King St. West January 1st. That will leave only 3 tenants - Burger King, Pet Value and Wash World Coin Laundry.
