wind problems?

I've heard a certain well known building has some problems with the wind and I don't know if its really a "problem". When a window is open, and the unit door is open apparently it creates a suction. As far as I know, this is quite normal... is it?

We talked about this in the hot appartment thread, and ya it's normal. Wind and/or difference in temperature between indoors and outdoors causes a pressure differential to build up on either side of the window. Open the window and even if the door wasn't open chances are suction would develop.
