This is next to where Kipling Auto Centre currently resides. This is walking distance to Kipling subway. There will be 15 units in total.

I wonder if this will spark more development along this stretch. Jopling, Acorn and Poplar (between Bloor and Dundas) are great development opportunities. These streets are a short walk to Kipling subway/GO. They are lined with mostly very small bungalows, many look as though they have never been upgraded. I don't see why developers wouldn't go after these streets the same way they did in NYCC around Yonge/Sheppard. I'm sure zoning in this area could be amended with so much retail already in the area on Dundas and Bloor, these homes are already sandwiched in between.
