Yeah so far it's underwhelming. Hopefully not the type of services in the retail portion that cover up the windows to make it even more drab. The connection from Yonge to the park behind the condo should be nice.

After repeated delays with a lot of excuses Sunnywood Park is open. This parks construction was managed by the Westwood developer and is across the street from the new condos.
Residents got fed up and would go around the construction fences for nearly a year while the developer and city tried to figure out how to turn the lights on.
