Hi there i am new, was wondering if anyone knows the westoak trails area in aokville. Wanted info on being family community, elemntary schools and rental. Anything else would be good too.

I live here.
Its nice quiet and boring.
We have Abbey park for those south of upper middle.
We have Loyola High , were I went to school
West Oak Trails public school is here too for younger kids.
St Matthews is the Catholic public school.
Rents are expensive. So are homes but there are cheaper ones if you can find them.

Thanks for replying. Also wanted to know if its a multicultural area.Do people from different ethnic backgrounds live there? How safe is it? What is the average rental price for a 3 bed apartment or townhouse?
