THE END!

Wonderful photos! Just what I expected Vancouver to look like.

Hey Christopher, let me know if you want to meet up in HK. I know you'll have a field day here taking your "people shots".

Great set of shots. You've got a good eye for the "city-life". Reminded me of our trip a few months back.

Great photos. I love the urban beach culture. I wish we had more of one here. We have plenty of beaches but a culture of fear of the water and a strange desire to isolate beaches from the city with wide expanses of park. I wish there was somewhere in the city where the city met up directly with the beach like in all other successful urban beach hoods.

^
The possibility of an urban beach culture in Toronto is hurt by the fact that the inner harbour is an active boating area and as such swimming is banned (it would be like going for a swim in the St. Lawrence seaway). Once the portlands develops we may see this change as Cherry Beach gets surrounded. It may not be highrise urbanity, but the way The Beaches neighbourhoods meet the beaches out there is pretty neat.

BTW, great photos.

Thanks for the pics. It might be the fact that these pictures are taken in Vancouver... but I don't think that can explain it completely... asian girlfriend?

Great tour. I really should head back over there some time to see how it's changed since I was there last in the late 90s. Can't say I'm envious of the beaches but I do envy the climate.

sorry? i think you might have left out a sentence.

Nice shots. I am always amazed with the skyline view (the opener) the city looks sooo damn big from there. For a guy heading overseas with his GF there sure are a lot of bikini shots! ;) I am not complaining though!

No, just having a hard time putting together my thoughts while looking at some of those :)

Im driving across country starting Friday for 2 weeks. I will try and make it to Vancouver durring my BC trip. If I get pics, I will share them.
