I need a website designer for my work. I'm in charge of marketing for a large Canadian retail product's firm, and our website needs help.

I'm looking for an award winning, quality web designer with a proven track record. If you google web designers in Toronto you get hundreds of hits, but how do I know which ones are good, solid companies in this for the longterm and which ones are struggling in their basements at home?

Please recommend your favourite Toronto-based website designers.
