Village of Yorkville Park - extension

MODS: I couldn't find a thread for this but does anyone know what the status is about a planned extension of the park? Found this article from last year - apparently 1240 Bay St. would be demolished (which would be great) to make way for an expansion of the park:

The development which will fund this project is approved; the by-laws were submitted last fall.

You can get a sense of the timeline envisioned from the text of the above, which I will place below:

Note that the SPA has not yet been submitted; but looking at the above I wouldn't expect any movement this year; but the $$ involved above certainly create a strong momentum for everyone to get things rolling.
