Guess this fits here?

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) document is to retain the qualified professional planning and engineering consultant services needed to support the City of Toronto's completion of a Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) for:
- A new north-south public street within the Agincourt Secondary Plan area extending from the existing terminus of Village Green Square (Block 8, Plan 66M-2460), south of the Canadian Pacific Railway Belleville Subdivision (CP Rail Corridor), and connecting to Sheppard Avenue East in the vicinity of Reidmount Avenue and the Agincourt GO station. This complete street will include pedestrian and cycling facilities.
- A grade separation of the new north-south street under the CP Rail Corridor, located approximately 450 metres south of Sheppard Avenue East. The grade separation will include pedestrian and cycling facilities.
- A potential crossing of the new north-south street over the Highland Creek, south of Sheppard Avenue East. Highland Creek traverses the Primary Study Area from northwest to southeast. The need for a new creek crossing would be dependent on the preferred alignment of the new north-south road and proposed connection design at Sheppard Avenue East.
- A potential new multi-use trail facility, running north-south, providing an additional active non-vehicular transportation routing option to and from Sheppard Ave East / Agincourt GO and the north east terminus of Village Green Square (Block 9, 66M-2460).
- Potential operational and physical improvements to existing roads in the project focus area, including Village Green Square, Cowdray Court, Collingwood Street, and Gordon Avenue and the intersections of those streets with the surrounding arterial network (Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue East).
- An alternative that includes a combination of one or more of the above.

That's a very important project to drive pedestrian traffic to this station, though it isn't really directly related. It will make all of the Tridel buildings at Kennedy and the 401 within walking distance of the station, at 600-1000m away from the platform. Compare to today where that same walk is about 1200-1600m.

I've given this its own thread and moving it to transportation. This will be hugely important for this area.
