If you think the prices are outrageous, you really don't know Toronto or the area. How much do you think penthouses go for in the other Tridel buildings in the area? James Cooper Mansion and Verve?

Would I pay that $ to live there if I had the $? No, but St Jamestown is surrounded by multi-million dollar properties right now. Frankly I'd rather take that money and buy in Cabbagetown or a fixer upper in Rosedale, but that's just me.

Looks like this is going to be a high-end/luxurious building
