Robinson Glen seems to be the farthest along in the development process. There is a massive focus of heritage retention in this block; there are 8 cultural heritage resources in this block, which is the smallest of the three large ones (Angus, Robinson, and Berczy). This document is very in-depth and is really great to understand their vision of the block. http://www2.markham.ca/markham/ccbs/indexfile/Agendas/2018/Development Services/pl181119/Community Design Robinson Glen Report.pdf
Here is a great document on the history of the heritage resources if anybody is interested: https://pub-markham.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=42489
Victoria Glen Thread with links to the other blocks - https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/victoria-glen-markham-s-s.32762/
Phase one seems to be well underway, atleast in preliminary work. There are also requests to already move heritage buildings temporarily so utilities and roads can be built.
