Downtown Oshawa is actually starting to show some promise (or it was before the pandemic did a number on small businesses.)
The University campus is expanding, there's residential intensification going on; and more than likely, GO service just to the south (about 1km).....
Plus DRT just committed to 24-hour transit service on 2 routes, both of which serve DT Oshawa.
Area is not my speed yet......
But I see high potential for asset appreciation.
