These townhomes snugly fit on a lane, which serves as a driveway to the Ancaster Memorial Arts Centre. I think that this particular development works well for this location. It certainly is a prime location.

Maybe 8, but that would all depend on architectual solution. If this project was conceived as something other than a row of towns and it was Euro=modern with lots of glass, its impact easier on the eyes then absolutely go higher. Curves and angles, sure. Typical Hamilton box - no. Anyway, who cares now....it's being built as is...
