Toronto's Most Deserted Hood

Where is TO's most deserted hood? Leeside Industrial? Downtown East? East of the Don?

Is it down in the core or outside of the core? Any grotty pics of industrial areas or residentials?

Maybe not so much "desolate" as "forlorn": Mount Dennis. (Think Weston Rd btw/Black Creek & Jane.)
